Designed by one of Singapore’s leading architects, Ernesto Bedmar, this is a pizza bar like no other – with its long strip of mottled brown and white cow hide running along the ceiling and down one wall, bronze panels, a wall of wine-bottles and a chic glass kitchen. The starring attractions are of course the pizzas, made fresh to order with ingredients sourced directly from Italy. The dough is spiked with squid ink, chili, tomato or arugula while toppings include leafy salads, cheeses, smoked and grilled fish or meat. It all adds up to a truly gourmet pizza experience.
