Da Paolo Bistro Bar’s casual cool European-style setting and the 16000sf of lush
green landscape dominated by giant grandfather trees give an immediate sense of having

edge sparked by the raw organic materials used in the furnishings and renovation.
The black-&-white bungalow at its heart was carefully restored and the original patios
were deftly renovated to create 4 different outdoor areas.
The lunch and dinner menus, though limited in variety, strictly follow the Da Paolo
standards of freshness and quality. They may be enjoyed in fresh air and open skies
in the Terrace and Pavilion while the Indoor Dining area on Level 2 of the bungalow
provides a cosy place for those who prefer indoor dining.
The bold and generous drinks list was specially created for Da Paolo Bistro Bar and
is a pioneer focus for Da Paolo. The intimate bar in Level 1 of the bungalow, the
sexy Courtyard and the elegant Outdoor Bar are perfect settings to sample exclusive
wine labels or the various original house cocktails made with premium Italian liquor
and freshly squeezed fruit juices. For a kicky alternative, the Balcony on Level 2
has a near-panoramic view of the property and has a soothing, relaxing ambience.
