Italian grill is the specialty of Da Paolo Bistro Bar. Cooked lightly with olive
oil and herbs, the freshness and flavour of top-quality ingredients – ranging
from seafood and different types of meat - are brought to the fore for a simple,
healthy and yet delectable meal. Also available, are a small but attractive
selection of vegetarian dishes on the menu. And an antipasti bar on level 2 of
the building which showcases an attractive spread of Italian starters and
Italian cheeses. Non diners can choose from an interesting finger food menu designed
to accompany an extensive drinks list filled with original house cocktails,
exclusive wine labels and Italian aperitifs and liquor.

Lunch
• Grilled sandwich with Italian ham, Asiago cheese, basil and grilled tomatoes
• Spaghetti with ricotta, wild rocket and baby spinach
• Oxtail stew with mashed potatoes

• Grilled breaded king prawns with garlic
• Grilled prime grass fed ribeye with wild rocket
• Grilled rack of lamb with Pecorino cheese
